Tohatsu JIS Standard Spring
Tohatsu JIS Standard springs were developed by using noncircular wire and have been standardized by Japanese criterion. Tohatsu springs have been made for high deflection and Tohatsu α Resin guide was invested in and normalized to aid the primary lifespan of springs. Then, ISO STANDARD on the basis of ISO 10243 has been adopted in our production machinery for press machinery used extensively throughout the world to make sure the spring in a best quality. This series has been carefully picked with sizes that are designed to match assorted production machinery used in various industries worldwide, precision manufactured for high strength and durability.
We standardized the springs by adopting cross section materials for the first time in Japan. Tohatsu JIS standard was created using those skills. It can gain higher loads in smaller spaces than round coil springs.
The standards established as criteria for Tohatsu JIS Standard Springs are the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B 5012:2008 (Coiled helical spring for press dies), Japan Metal Stamping Association standards, and Japan Die & Mold Industry Association standard
