Chinese New Year Holiday Notice 2026
As we welcome the joyous celebration of Chinese New Year, we would like to inform our valued customers and partners about our upcoming holiday schedule. In line with this festive season, our company will be observing a holiday break from 16 February 2026 (Monday) to 18 February 2026 (Wednesday).
During this period, our staff will be on leave, and operations will be temporarily paused. As a result, we will not be processing orders, responding to inquiries, or providing services throughout these three days.
However, normal business operations will resume on 19 February 2026 (Thursday). At that time, all pending messages and requests will be handled promptly.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Therefore, we encourage customers to plan their orders or service requests in advance to avoid disruption.
